An eco-conscious, boutique mini salon in Camborne, Cornwall, offering lovingly crafted, lived-in cuts and colours, using vegan/non-toxic products. I offer gender neutral prices, a listening ear, and an unpretentious, friendly atmosphere where excellent hair happens.
Your stylist
I'm Hayley, and I'm the owner/stylist at Painted Hand. I've been hairdressing for 20 years. I've trained with Vidal Sassoon, Aveda and various industry names. I’m not exactly your typical hairdresser though--I work entirely independently inside an antiques shop in a Victorian house, I don’t sell products (so no sales pitch), and I tailor my cuts and colours holistically to you as an individual, regardless of where you fall on the human spectrum. I do, however, specialise in cutting and natural, lived-in colours, using a variety of techniques.
I'm also an illustrator, a poet, an immigrant, a mum of two young children, a voracious reader, a weightlifter, and eater of lots of food.
At the moment, I work Tuesday-Friday, and one Saturday a month. I work by appointment only.
